Blower making noise sounds like a bearing, plus the motor is hot. What is involved with removing it, please?

Yes there is one more bolt on the other side of the blower housing opposite of the one you probably already see or have removed. Need a extension of at least 6inches on a ratchet to reach back there to remove. Job should be done on a annual basis to keep the fan fins clear of pet hair and dust bunnies that can throw the fan out of balance and blow out the windings.

Thank you both. I heard there were only two bolts. the pics Ive seen of aftermarket blowers have 6 in them which made me think I was missing something. Hard for me to get back there. Ive never had it off, just try and clean it out best i can with shopvac.
As long as i have you here how about the other motor, whats involved with pulling that, also auger? Looking ahead as im afraid with it being 8 years old it will be starting to need replacements, and Im not findingmuch of anything online. Appreciate it.

The blowers are made with six holes as they are used in many applications. Try using a mirror and a good light.
The exhaust blower is a total pain as the easiest method seems to be cutting the shaft to remove and replacing the impellor as its usually very brittle and stuck on the shaft
About $115 for both on Amazon. There has been several threads here on the removal.
Auger motor is very simple and straight forward. Removal of the auger assemble is not to complicated. Any time your in back and on the control board side check and clean out the fines box.

I replaced my blower for my P61 on Monday, it was very easy. I bought a blower from my dealer so the wires had the connectors on them. Other motors do not so you would need to buy connectors. Hardest part was getting back to the bolts. I used a ratchet screwdriver with an extension. Took all of 10 minutes.

No, but wouldn't hurt to put on some padding on the room fan flanges for some isolation.
