The fire has gone out. I did clean it out properly, thanks for the sarcastic. Sorry that when you got your first pellet stove, you knew every detail about it.

Most of them took a lump or two before they got it all figured out, some who decided not to discover what was involved ended up selling their stoves after getting them gummed up.

Back to the main and only sensor of the stove. The ESP. Probably the errant part as it tells the board if a fire has been started and controls the feed rate and the fans. Sometimes it make the stoves run high. Your luck has it not running today. Should be under warranty if under 3 years I think.

it is under warranty. Ive exhausted myself trying everything. I'll call the installers tomorrow. thanks for all of your help.

First stand alone pellet stove.

I never did see anything that suggests the OP actually cleaned the stove thoroughly, including the entire vent. This just sounds like dirty stove 101. Not trying to be a jerk, AZ23 - it's just that it sounds like your stove is simply plugged. As others have noted, it needs a very thorough cleaning as the first step, That solves about 90% of all stove problems, especially those encountered by new owners.

If they come out and find out it only needed to be cleaned properly, that is not under warranty and you'll most likely be paying for the visit.

The only time I had a low flame issue was when, as it ended up, the pellets were a bit damp, having absorbed some moisture somewhere along the way. You might want to empty your hopper and try a different bag.

Some people are easily exhausted. I foresee a good deal on a used xxv ..........................

Hey AZ23...don't let these buzzards get to you,,,they're just twisting your tail a bit, cause we all remember our most embarrassing pellet moment usually had to do with cleaning...either missing something or doing it bass ackwards and breaking something, or like me doing the leaf lower trick in reverse :(

We can be a lot more helpful when we know what is going on with the stove......you were asked about cleaning the exhaust path...it would be great to know how your exhaust piping is set up, and your method for cleaning it, then we can maybe give you some useful tips and save you some money in the long run!!

Amen!

One can lead,a horse to water. . . . . .

Unless the OP really blew the description of how the stove was cleaned, it was NOT cleaned thoroughly and properly. We therefore cannot eliminate the possibility of clogged or dirty components, circumstances that will cause exactly the symptoms described.

Of course we could be wrong but in this case I pass.
