I have no idea what it is but after I shut my stove down (off button) and the stove does it's cooling down phase, this takes about 20 - 30 minutes usually. The strangest thing happens - right before the cooling period is done and it shuts down completely I hear a popping sound EVERY time and then the stove turns off.

Any ideas what this pop could be. I'm just wondering if this is a sign of bad things to come. I know it's a shot in the dark but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Someone opening a bottle of champagne since they are so happy not to have to listen the blower motor for a while?

Differing metal composition of the stove components cooling / contracting as the stove cools down ? My stove will do it at cold start-up, when the metal is heating / expanding from the cool room temps that the stove is at, but not when it's been recently running, and it doesn't pop much at cool - down. Not familiar with your stove brand, but wouldn't worry about it too much.
