I notice that some stove owners comment about which heat setting their stove is on B? C? D? Is this for all englander models or just certain stoves? Just wondering.

Not all models. I know it does apply to the PDV and PDVC. Don't think it applies to the EP or IP, although they may also have different modes. Not sure on the PAH or CPM models.

Good luck!

It does not apply on the PAH. The correct heat mode for the PAH is "3".

How is this verified? Don't remember any "3" when running a diagnostic check, or is it just something programmed into the board?

Procedure to check the heat mode setting:

•Turn off stove
•Unplug it for a few seconds
•Plug back in
•Immediately press and hold the up and down arrows for the blower, then release.

The results will either be a letter or a number. You're looking for a 3 on the PAH.
