Hey all,
I found a seller on craigslist with a 22 ton Dirty Hands splitter. He purchased it from Lowes a month ago and says it was used a few hours. Meeting tomorrow to give him $750 for it, and also getting the original receipt for the warranty usage. Is this a good deal? Any one using this machine?
Thanks

It's a good deal since he bought it at lowes......but, people were buying them at menards on Black Friday for around $600 I think. Still at good deal at $750 since that was a one day thing.

Wow $600! The cheapest I've seen here in MD is $1,100. Wish we had a Menards but have not seen this far east.

Menards still has some stock of the 27 ton on clearance. Check online to see if one near you has any left.

Bought the craigslist 22 ton for 750. Menards selling the 27 for 1300. Happy with my deal so far. Finally splitting with it tomorrow!
Great purchase. I bought the 27t from Menards last night. Bought one that needed full assembly so after fluids, and not acounting for my time (1 hour) I have close to $1000 in it. Not sure it's much mire capable than your 22T. Congrats! I split about 25 rounds to try it out. Worked great. Love my fiskars, but the hyro will be nice.
