I purchased this stove last march and clean it weekly removing the wing nuts and vacuuming all the dust out, in addition to cleaning rest of stove. I also clean behind combustion blower fan periodically. I clean the outside exhaust also every few months. The auto ignitor on occasion will not light the stove. The pelllets keep stacking up, sometimes see smoke, no fire. I turned it on and off and unplugged machine. I am tired of wasting pellets due to this problem. Have contacted the place where I purchased the stove. They have come out for other issues, and when told about this issue, they are able to ignite with no problem. Does anyone know what could be the problem, as I scrape burnpot regularly, and keep the stove clean. Any assistance would be appreciated, as this is very frustrating. I am tired of the place I purchased this stove accusing me of not keeping the stove clean.

Contact them and see if they can adjust the DIP switch settings to add to the ignition charge time. (unplug) Remove the face plate off the burn pot. loosen the two 5/16" head machine screws by three turns and insert fingers into the burn pot. Tap the ignitor cradle and watch the "magic" happen. redo steps in reverse. This cleans the ignitor.

Also make sure the holes in the burn pot are clean. When you open up the plate below the burn pot tap on the burn pot and see how much still comes out. I had the same issue and even though I used my hands to clean out along with a vacuum I was amazed by tapping how much still came out.

Do everything that's posted above and check the hopper cover latch to make sure it's pulling the cover down tight. The latch is held in the hole with a small square plastic nut that seems to come loose every now and then. MAKE SURE it's finger tight and the latch secures the lid tightly.

I tap on the burn pot multiple times with a hammer as instructed by technician where I purchased stove, but that does not seem to help with the ignition issue.
The flapper is in the 2 inch intake pipe. you have to take the back left panel off to see it. That is why the knock out is in the panel.
