Feeling the Heat
A week ago or so, my son received an email to answer this same question. He was told they hadn't decided if they were even going to have a pre-buy for the local customers. IMHO, I believe they would rather ship them out of state for higher dollars, so much for the "Heat Local" printed on the bags.

OP - Are you asking about the early buy they do at the mill, or early buy at a specific retailer that sells them near you?
