Here is another view of the switches as placed by the factory. Pics are from my phone and not the best, sorry. Still shows placement though.
I verified, the switches are surface mounted, no hole through the sheet metal under them.

Are you still heating with the furnace bedrock1? Have there been any improvements in it's performance after trying the things suggested?

Thanks I'm working 10 on 4 off trying to get the time to check it out ,I got my manometer 2 weeks ago and I have a thermometer and a moisture meter just got to make the time to check it all

Thanks , yeah the tubes are setting flat and the slid is push back to the back, I have the new thermodisc put on now it seems to be cutting in more ,but not much heat seem the blower don't let the heat build up .
I used to get emails when someone would reply now I don't I have to check on the site wonder why
Hi guys it seem ever sense I put the new thermodisc in the new location the blower cuts in early and stays in longer , but it don't cut out to let the heat build up after a while its cool air, no luck with the furnace.

Sorry to hear it didn't help much.
If you are getting cold air in your ductwork supply, then I think you are either drawing very cold air into your duct intake, your baffle is cracked or moved to the front, or most likely you aren't making heat in the firebox.
It's been a few months and a few different threads and dozens of suggestions, that I don't have all of your furnace efforts organized in my mind. I encourage you to go through the threads and make a list of all the suggestions and start trying each one and letting us know how it goes.
To me, your results are so abnormal that there is probably a major problem with your installation (chimney, draft, ductwork) or burning (wood, moisture, damper), and the furnace is very unlikely to be the problem. You might consider finding fellow wood burners near you who could come and look at your installation and burning habits in person, because thus far we haven't had enough information to find the problem.
How is your weather? Do you have much more time to experiment with your furnace this spring? Around here, I am done burning until next winter.

Here now I have the furnace in the evening we still getting -5 in the night. I'm off for 4 days after Thursday I'm going to check the static pressure and the draft from chimney
