Yes, of course most do. Mine were hard wired to a switch on the wall by the p.o. so they can't be individually controlled. I could attempt to rewire it if its even possible but that's a lot of trouble especially if I have to get up to the 20' high parts. But I can't see it being worth the hassle, the heat will get up there just fine regardless whether 1 is pulling up.
 
No need to rewire, there is most likely a reverse switch on the side of the fan body. A 20ft ladder otoh is another issue.
