Hello all.

A local tree cutting service dropped off some mulberry at my wood pile. I was wondering if mulberry is worth splitting and stacking for my wood furnace? Or if it is campfire wood? Uneducated on the mulberry tree. Any input would be appreciated.

Mulberry is a great fuelwood, takes awhile to dry out because it's so darn full of water when green, pops a bit and throws some sparks but once dry it rocks. And if you do use some for campfire wood you'll see and hear the show, "pop", "pow" etc! :) :eek: ;lol

Split and stack - it's comparable to Black Locust.
