I was wondering what size dumpster do I need, for a 2 cord delivery? Just want to make sure I don't get shorted on my delivery. Seller says he has an 8 yard mason dumpster, will that be large enough?

Thank you guys.

8*27=216
2*128=256

Unless he is stacking wood way over the top, not gonna happen. Plus, a cord is neatly stacked, not so much in a dumpster with it piled in. Too much air space. Probably close to 1.5 to 1.75 cords when loaded level is my guess.

Are you sure he doesn't mean 8yd mason dump, as in dump truck? Never heard of a "Mason" dumpster.
I never seen a mason dump that would hold 2 cord. Luck to get 1 cord, if they built the sides up.

Typical for NJ. Mason dump (truck)delivery promising 2 cords. No way no how.
Ask the seller how many cubic feet are in his mason dump. If he was a mason he would know. He's not he's a wood thief!
