So I hit it big this time. A local bed and breakfast contacted me about cutting some trees down. It is a couple acres of wooded property very overgrown.
The good news is it is right across the field from me

She took me around the property and basically said she wants every other tree cut down.
There are mulberrys, cherry , locust, white ash, maple, and walnuts everywhere! Then on one end sits a huge shagbark hickory with lots of straight sections. She's says cut that down its ugly!
. I'm thinking that might be worth money in lumber. I explained to her that there could be some worth to that tree.
