Your not even close to being out of space, there was a fire chief from the Midwest that had a 200ft x 100ft lot, he basically filled every space he, prob 15 cords or so, but the cool thing was he did it so neatly and cleanly that it made his yard look awesome. Does anyone remember the pics? he had a small shed in the back left corner with a little patio, a few chairs to admire his hard work.

I would love to have a 200 by 100 lot. I live in a densely populated walking community built in the 1920s. My lot is 50ft by 118ft. I probably have 4.5 to 5 cords of wood stuffed in various locations.

Awesome !!!!!!!!!

We have only 1/3 acre (includes the house); have 6.5 cords stacked and I see way too much grass (and weeds).

So, what's yer point???

Fill 'er up ;lol

My better half is starting to look at me in a strange way when I tell her we need at least another 4 cords, even though we are running 2 stoves.

But, you do.

I run 2 stoves, thinking about a third. Weird house layout, ya know??

:p

We have a split level colonial. I work from home (the time I am not in a plane to an overseas destination) and my office is 6 steps down from the main entrance next to the family room. In the fire place of the family room I have a Kent Tile Fire installed. My wife spends most of her time 6 steps up from the entrance where we have a smaller stove in the dining room /den heating the main floor. Strange layout indeed, but we got it working and I would not like it any way else.
