Wrap Up Spare 1-Cord Cube For Winter?

I have 4 cords in the garage and a 1-cord cube, top covered, off to the side of the driveway, just in case. I'll get blowing snow and snowblower snow on the little cube. Anyway, I think I'll wrap it up at some dry spell point before winter.

The shrink wrap might work, but then I couldn't reuse it. I'll have to measure how big a tarp I'd need. Perhaps at that point snow
won't be as much of a factor. I guess I could move the whole cord into the garage at one time-that might be the ticket.

Waddya think?

Use the outside cord first.

I want to use up all the 4 cords in the garage first. I've historically been putting in another row, but never hardly get to the last row. It'd be nice to see what the wall looks like after a few years of having wood on it. :)

Big tarp & pack of cheap multi length bungee cords, wrap the cube up like a xmas present. I think I would leave the bottom 1/4 or 1/3 exposed for breathing room.
 
a couple sheets of old used plywood and long tie down straps
 
Cheap HF tarps? They are reusable and probably still breathe enough covering the entire cord. If it is already seasoned.

Yes, on all four sides
or just opposing sides if you know for sure blowing snow always tends to form in the same direction.

To keep the snow out.
 
How much does the shrink wrap cost? Maybe it is worth the cost to keep your wood dry.

Unless I bring in the whole cord at once when the shrink wrap is broken, which is a definite possibility, a tarp, boards, or whatever, would be easier to put back in place.

Since the size of the cube won't vary, you could use twine through the tarp eyelets tied to some ordinary bricks. I happened to discover an old pile of bricks on my property. Those slackers had been laying there since 1955, so I put 'em to work.
