Does anyone know how to dissasemble the blower motor from the avalon olympic? We need to install a new one, but have no idea how to take the old one off

on front or back?
back is screws
front is just a friction fit, give it a tug

It's on the front, the front is like a vent and the blower motor is inside, but i think the whole vent thing is supposed to come out, there are rivets underneath....
