Has anyone bought a stove from them? I contacted them thru email about an F55 and they have been very helpful so far, also the said they would possibly take my encore as partial trade. They are almost 2 hrs from me so any info would be helpful.

Just got my f-500 from there.
They were 400$ less than the other competitors around.
Friendly staff, the guy that loads the stoves knows his stuff.
Not sure how their support is after purchase, as I haven't needed any.
 
Good folks that have been in the biz a long time.
 
They seemed very straightforward and honest, now I'm trying to decide if it's worth trucking the encore down to get looked at.
