I'm drinking a Hefeweizen, it's in the upper 40s and blowing like hell, I have a small fire burning in my Osburn. I am a happy man. First fire of the season is really well timed. I worked a lot of late nights this week, so this Nor'easter is somehow helping my mojo. Just figured I'd share with my buddies on hearth. Here's to another season of wood heat.

I refuse to burn until November lol. And not because I don't want to..just because I'll run out of wood if I do!
:)

Nice pics! Glad to hear the 2400 is working well for you.

I'm envious. I'm at the end of a 6 day work week and on a double today, so no fire for me. I'll just sit here at work and watch yours if that's okay. I start a vacation tomorrow. Gonna better insulate my attic and get all my wood burning ready to go for the season!

Oh man, hope your vacation time is good. Sounds like you should take some down time during your days off.

Ha. I love burning in October. Usually only need to burn occasionally, so I always try to do it when I can.
