I have a Whitfield pellet stove insert, and it will not turn on. It has power, but will not turn on.

what model/year built?, if has led board does any lights lite up?, check power cord into bulkhead connection, check fuses

X2 on Pellet-King advice. If it is on a surge protector, try plugging directly into outlet to rule out the surge protector. Was it left plugged in all summer? Power interruptions during that time?

Let us know how you make out... Welcome to the forum:)

It is a Profile 30, purchased new in 2001. Some LED lights light up, others do not. It is not plugged into a surge protector.

Check the jumper wires on the right side of the stove. You'll have to pull it out a bit to see them. I had the same stove last year, and had a similar problem. It was caused by one of the jumper wire connections pulling off when I had the stove out to clean it. I think those jumpers are set for use of thermostat or not.

Do the LED lights blink? If they do, its time for a new control unit. Also, check the inline fuse. Its possible that it could be blown? I have replaced to control boards in the 12 years of owning a Profile 30. One board was cooked by a power surge. One other thing to check.
If you have a power cord with a Built in surge protector (Factory Supplied) try a cord with out one. I got one due to a recall and it gave me lots of problems.
