Decided on changing baseboard with panel rads from Pensotti. I did a heat loss for one room and came back with 2014. I have a flex fuel 30kw. My digital screen indicates the 1000 gallons of storage at 160-170. I'm trying to size each room for 140℉ water.

What's the best way to do this and the heat loss number is the additional btus I need to provide or the heat loss number is all I need?

The heat loss number and the derate table for the radiator. Here is a typical table and the explanation.
