Hello, I was hoping someone could help me troubleshoot my thermostat problem. I have a Lux TX9600TS thermostat hooked up to a Hudson River Davenport insert. This is our third winter with it and it has worked all along. I believe it worked when I first started the stove this season but it's possible I'm misremembering. Basically the thermostat and stove don't seem to be communicating anymore. We have it programmed at either 60 or 70 and the stove stays around 75 the whole time. We used to hear a clicking sound when the programmed time came but don't anymore. It's set to a Hi/Low and I've made sure that's the setting on the stove. Any recommendations I can try? Being home during customer service hours is tough for me.

Been a couple cases of the wire to the stove has failed and not allowing the thermostat to communicate with the stove.
