I bought one ton last year, it was my first year with a stove. These pellets were terribly ashy and filled my stove with creasol. Hard carbon build up in burn pot and heat was terrible. Had to clean stove evey two days. Since then I have burnt over 20 different brands at least with no issue so I know it's not my stove. With that being said these are newp brand rebagged for big box and still seem to be popular with a lot of people. Others will chime in that had similar experiences with these pellets as I did. You will also hear that they were good for some people as well. I can tell you I would never buy them again. Let us know how they work for you.

Just bought these from Lowes. Haven't tried them yet. Has anyone used these this year? Just wanted some feedback. Thanks!
Mat
I think you will get a 50-50 response on those..
burned great to pure ashy garbage....
be sure to let us know here how they worked for you..
good luck..

Thanks for the input. Will let everyone know how it works out. Lignetics seem to work best in my stove but I didn't want to pay $750 for two ton and the delivery.
750 w/o delivery seems steep for that brand. I paid 299 per ton for my blazers back in June and they burn really hot with ash content that is virtually non existent

I bought a ton of Greene team. I think it's different from green supreme. Waiting to get my insert installed .. Newbie here

Bought a ton at HD because we had a gift card and it made sense to apply that towards pellets. But after two bags I'll never use them again. Very high ash.

I burned them and they were very ashy, more than others. They made everything black with soot inside my stove. I cleaned up the stove and started to burn Green Team as shoulder pellets. I will start burning Turmans on November 1st.

I've burned many tons of green supremes. Was mediocre. My Englander isn't picky about what I feed it. Wasn't any ashier than anything else I've tried. I do feel like they are not the hottest pellet I've ever burned. They don't compare to firesides or stove chow.

Burn them up before it starts getting real cold out or save them for April. Once it gets 30s and below the heat output is noticeably low

Too bad you didn't get the Fireside Ultra's Enfield HD was selling a few month's ago, I have not checked to see what there selling as I'm burning Oil so far, $269 a ton for GS is wayy too much, last weekend i burned 2 bag's terrible ash and low heat. but there last yr's leftover's.

Hi neighbor. I'll have to look for those firesides at the end of the season.

They burn. Had to adjust draft up a notch to get them to burn clean, but after that they were fine.

Burned 3 tons last year. I wont buy them again unless I have no choice. High in Ash and Clinkers and low heat compared to any other pellet I burned. I bought 3 tons of Stove Chow this year and even with the small cold snap we had I could tell the difference in the heat. I have a basement dweller and had to run it at 5 plus to keep it as warm as I have it on 2 right now. I have an Englander.
