How do you clean your F55?

How do you clean the stove above the secondary combustion tubes? I guess just get down in there and get it best you can? I just worry about creosote falling down in there where I can't get it. Thanks for any input.

I was able to get to that area of the stove with a small shop vac. I went through the front and got most of it. I was able to get to the rest of it by disconnecting my pipe and going through the back of the stove. I would assume that if you burn hot fires that it would eventually burn that area clean.
