I'm Coming from Coal, which was a pain to get rid of the Ash due to the not so nice stuff in it.....wood pellets are pretty much just wood so the Ash should be able to go in the garden ...right?

Garden, lawn, under a tree. Just not that much ash compared to coal

That's a great thing...I used fill a 5 gal galvanized pail every day with coal ash

I wouldn't dump it all in one spot but spread around shouldn't be a problem. Coal is more acidic.

Coal ash has arsenic and other yummy stuff....but I still put it in an area I didn't want weeds to grow...now it's a good parking spot for the trailer

The Borgias must have loved it!

If you eat and breath you are exposed to arsenic every day, it is naturally occurring in the environment.
I wouldn't want to grow lettuce in industrial fly ash but the ashes from anthracite coal are fairly benign.
You might not want to put wood ashes on soil in which plants grow that prefer an acidic ph.

Actually coal ash is acidic. Evergreens like it - - - together a point.

On the farm we had a gravel driveway, we dumped the coal ash on it so the ice wasn't so slick.
As far as the pellet ash I would guess a five gallon bucket full a month would be about it, If you burn corn a bit more.
