Castile Blower Fan upgrade

Ok i know we all what to try to get more heat out of our stoves. I have posted this pic before but had some more ideas. For some reason i dont get a lot air flow out of some of my heat pipes especially the middle two. This is extremely concerning to me. I have checked for blockage it all looks good. So my thought is to upgrade the blower to a higher CFM. Maybe the problem is not enough CFM to fill all the pipes. Thoughts? Has anyone done this? What is the cfm on castile?

Keep in mind a higher cfm blower will blow colder air. The heat exchanger is only so efficient. From my understanding it is common for the air to be different rates in different places. Or it may be simply your convection blower is dying.
 
Hi Mike,

You're sure that the convection blower impeller fans, and the area that it blows into at the bottom of the heat exchanger, are clear of dirt, dust bunnies, pet hair, etc? It's easiest to vacuum the back of the exchanger by disconnecting the convection blower from the wiring loom, so make sure you unplug the stove before you do.

You can vacuum out the exchanger tubes from the front also to make sure nothing is obstructing the individual tubes. I get better airflow out of my middle exchanger tubes and the least flow on the outside tubes on my Castile, so it still sounds like a blockage somewhere could be a cause of your reduced airflow output. Or as reallyte said, it could be your convection blower motor on the way out. Is it making any bearing sounds or rumbling noises ?

Sorry for the delay getting back you all. Been on a businesses trip. I am sure its not blocked. I had the stove out to clean it . I think what I might to do to make sure its not blocked is to push some year in reverse down the pikes and see what comes out the back.
Let me know any other ideas. This was happening from day one of the stove.

Just another thought. I have notices with the door closed on my stove it blocks a lot of my air flow. I have been keeping the door open (when wife is not home)and it seems to move the better into the room. So what i am thinking is to get little copper 45 so i can direct the air right out the door. Has anyone done this?
