This wood shed has been closed off and drying for 4 years. Time to use this stuff. It's all red oak about 12 cords. Moisture content is at 11% from the few pieces I checked. What a glorious burn in the fire last night !!

If that was mine it would take a lot for me to sell it! 12 cords of Oak would probably last me 3 years. Enjoy it, don't sell it!

It's just about ready to rot so I'll come take it off your hands. Wow getting red oak to 11% is great! I can obtain about 15% here in 3 years.
