I have two Harmans in our home. One free standing and an Accentra Insert. Can I interchange the boards to assist in troubleshooting an erratic running one? The insert has a build date of 2004.
 
Before you throw a bunch of money at it, try DEOXIT on the pots. Its a contact spray that the vintage stereo buffs turned me on to. My dials we acting up, so I got to the back of the board and gave all the pots a few bursts( followed the directions on the can) and the stove works like new again. Seriously. I used the type thats safe for plastic and metal . My stove is an 05. hths.

I do have CRC MAF cleaner compatible with all plastics. This may work as well. Still trying to figure out the correct DIP settings. Board number is F5370 AA. When purchased all were set to OFF except the #8 was ON.
