my Augerwasn't feeling well so I took the other out for the second time and then it had no power to the control box

Check fuse check power cord jump snap disc from older no power jump snap this to no power I don't know how to check the control box for power

If you have a manual, locate #3 snap disc and see if it has been tripped. Some have reset buttons, some don't. You can also try to jump this snap disc by jumping the wires together to see if power returns. If for any reason stove got hot enough to trip this snap disc, it shuts power off to stove. kap

No I have a Quadra-Fire castile insert

First plug something else into outlet to make sure you have power. Also make sure power cord is plugged in good on stove. Then, unplug stove, pull control box out, and reinstall it. Plug stove back in. Let us know if anything happens. kap
