Recently bought a pellet stove about 1 1/2 months ago Englander 25pdvc i was disappointed at first because of the lack of heat output however i have found that yes the quality of the pellet is probably one of the most import things with a pellet stove yeah i know you all already know this. Anyways i've tried pennington pellets horrible results and i didnt burn a couple of bags i burned a little over a half ton around 30 bag or so than i tried NLI natural living innovations fantastic although clinkers accumulate rather dense too very hot though i'm a nutt when it comes to efficiency, so far i've had without a doubt the best results and i really cant see better with a company called Greene Team and not only are they super hot, they don't accumulate at all on the wear plate (burn area) i still keep great air flow through out the day loves these pellets seriously worst part i came upon getting these because some other company was out and the guy actually told me greene team are better than the pellets they normally supply funny huh? well i just figured i'd post this someone asked and i think rating pellets helps everyone greene team's address on the bag is:

By the way, both NLI and Greene Team are members of the pellet fuel institute and i've found my englander to be a really good buy now and i cant believe the pellets were so much different i had some problems earlier with my stove and i can say that Mike Holston of Englander stoves has given the best support on any product by far that i've ever gotten on anything i've ever bought in my life and i'm writing because nowadays its just so uncommon to find a company with employees like englander that are so cool regardless if its stoves, cars etc.... truely impressed with his knowledge hehe probably could start a bon fire with 2 match sticks and no wood j/k thanks again mike for all your time. I'm addicted to stoves now i think i might buy a wood stove for my first floor the NC 13 because you'll never touch the support you get from englander (i like the fact wood stoves are a little quieter) and since my home is big i'll use the pellet stove in my basement since it doesnt require much tending at all especially set really low....wood heat is so much better than forced air i dont know maybe i'm a pyro haha thanks again mike will see you and i hope i didnt offend anyone with such a large post and i'm not saying that any other stove companies arent supporting their products but i do know for sure Englander does
