Hey guys I just came home from work and I noticed it was a little chilly in the house. Looked at the stove and the combustion blower, feed motor and igniter light were all on but the distribution blower wasn't on. There was already a flame in the burn pot and I don't know why those 3 were on. There was no status light blinking. So I clicked it to off and turned it back to room temp and it did the same thing. Unplugged it and turned it off and it's still doing the same thing. Any suggestions?

Any lights blinking ?

So that says the blower works, it's not a blown motor.

Stove is now running after a good cleaning.

Get a surge suppressor or UPS on it SAP.

Well bioburner I think the problem was the room temperature sensor probe. I had to put different connectors on it a while ago and I think the dog hit it and loosened if up so it was shorting out. Thanks for the help guys. Bioburner you were a big help and I will get a surge protector ASAP

Well fixing the connection should be very cheap and a coat of liquid electrical tape or shrink tube should keep the connectors separated and stable.

Aha, so you did get involved in this !!

Surge suppressor : May very well have saved something in my stove last year. After a series of brown outs my suppressor died. It's funny I just posted this in another thread ! But I'd much rather the suppressor die than something in my stove. I happen to have ordered in a spare in black anyway. My original was white and I was going to swap it out in the next cleaning.

Glad the OP is up and running, it looked to be that way last night in PM with him but then it all ended. Now I know why !

Yes, via PM
