I have a Harmon P-68 and I have an "issue" with the control board. It has a bad spot with the control for my room temp. My dealer says to just replace the control board as you can't fix it. But after some research I found a web site called Brunner's Bits& Pieces and am wondering if anyone on this site has used them and if their work is good? Plus my daughter has much the same "issue" with her P-61.

I sent my Invincible control board to Brunners for repair 2 years ago, and was very happy with their service. However, there have been some posts on here recently indicating Brunners may have gone out of business. I sent them an email recently asking if they were still operating and got no reply. I would suggest trying to contact them.

The pots are available on Ebay again from a older vendor. 3 for 21. If one is not solder handy I'm sure a electronics repair shop can easily do the swap. I have done three now and is only about a 10 minute job to remove and replace the switch.

I hope they are still in business but I'll have to shoot them an e-mail and see what happens. And maybe someone else on this forum will know for sure if they are still in business or if someone else might be fixing the control boards.

Does the Accentra use 100K poetiometers for all three switches?

I believe the only pellet stove that does not is the P38

I used them last year and do recommend. Replaced potentiometers and tested my board..link here

I had ordered potentiometers from them on Dec 4th, Paypal sent the money but I have not received or even heard from them if they were shipped. I have e-mailed them twice and no response. I am going to have Paypal resolve it shortly.

Theres a older vendor that is handling the pots and others have ordered without issue. Brunners seems to be MIA

So who is that vender Bioburner? I hope to have this all figured out by the end of this heating season or I'll have to replace my control board.

I had filed a complaint with Paypal about my issue with brunners and have just found out that i won the case. Brunners never responded to any of paypal's requests to explain themselves. i have no idea what is going on but found out that they are about 20 minutes from where I live.

Well I just hope I can find out if they are still in business, or find another place that can fix my control panel pot. Anybody know another place I could send mine? I'm in no hurry as I'm heating with the Harman now. Shooting for spring shut down for the repair.

So I'm still looking to repair my control board on my Harman P68 (plus my daughters P61). Has anyone heard any more about Brunner's? Or is there some place else to get them fixed??
