Just had the stove installed and the agitator rod and chain are not moving. Had it installed by dealer, any tips I can do to get it moving? Also, could this be the reason the flame isn't going over the burn pot?

Check the fuse?

It on the circuit board behind the panel on the right side of the stove (if u are facing it)

Good Luck,

If you just had the stove installed then you need to contact the dealer who sold you the stove and have them get back out there and fix it.

what mode is the stove in? on the circut board at the top there is a light it will be either red yellow or green. Each colour is a differant program and the agitator work differantly with each one. If you want to check it put it into multi-fuel mode which is green and once up and running the agitator will turn with the aguer. More than likely it's a bad fuse, i have had several M55's that have had issues with the glass fuses either right away or down the road. The most annoying is when the fuse looks fine but does not work
