well done!

Looks like you folks had a good time!

How much wood is that roughly? Looks like over a cord easy.
It depends on how closely you stack the wood in the middle. That was the first one we built and we just tossed the splits into the middle. It's 10' in diameter and walls begin tapering in at around 5' and it's around 10' tall at the highest point. I think I calculated that it had roughly 3 cords in it. The last one we built is 15' across and we tightly stacked the wood on end in the middle...I was amazed at how much wood we put in that thing...maybe 6 cords. I'm sure there are many ways to stack and season wood, but this is the most stable, efficient, and cost effective one I have come across. In 12 months of TN weather, red and white oak is completely seasoned and ready for the stove.

Thanks for sharing , that was fun to watch.

Oh, I see - I was wondering how anyone could build a stack like that in 2 minutes...

Good stuff.

Wish I had that much help stacking mine! My video would be less entertaining, but wit would definitely emphasize the art of "stacking what you already stacked and stack again". I have that skill mastered when it comes to these. I stack three a year and am currently unstacking my two year old ones now to move closer to the house to burn for this year

Even with all the help, it took 1.5 hrs to build it.
