Simple question, is regular pink Owens Corning fiberglass insulation non combustible? I am installing a liner in my fireplace for a hearth stove and doing the work myself, I have a sort of friend, more like a guy I know, who is a local certified sweep who told me to just use pink fiberglass insulation on top of my block off plate. As aside note, I did check Owens corning's website and they classify it as non-combustible, just want to see what everyone else says.
