Auto resets on the high side snaps are just crazy as mentioned.

My redesign on the ADV 2T control is replacing both the HIGH snaps with 250 F manual reset type

Sounds to me like one of the high snaps is going south.

If the low snap is fouled the stove will shut off completely.

With the thing coming back on it almost has to be a bad high snap.

Likely the one on the heat bonnet

Replace the high snaps and the issue should go away.

AS A TEST ONLY
Jumper the high snap on the heat bonnet and see if things work right, if so then get a new snap up there.

DO NOT RUN THE STOVE WITH THE SNAP JUMPER'D , fix it.

Good luck

If the red and green leds are blinking and it is low output heat wise, sounds like open thermostat wiring.
Have the same issue on Advantage Plus , have jumper on but stove goes to low heat output with no adjustments capable on controller. Any input would be helpful

I have the same problem, I have the jumper on the circuit board but lights still blink and I have no control.
I would suspect that it is the controller board itself. There is a little pot above the auger feed button. I can control the speed of the pellets coming in with this pot, but that is all. I use a small screwdriver to turn the pot up or down up or down. This will actually let me control the flame but still no control over the fans.

If you have flashing lights on your control board and no control over the actual running of the stove then it is in thermostat no heat mode. First thing to check is if you have a thermostat and verify it is working. If you don't have a thermostat or after you have verified your thermostat is working check the connections for the thermostat on the bottom of the control board inside the stove. If the jumper is missing or has become disconnected then reconnect it. If the jumper is intact grab a hold of the jumper or posts with one hand and hold the board with your other hand and give it a gentle wiggle. It should not move at all, should be like shaking a rock. If it wiggles then the posts have become damaged and you need to get your circuit board repaired.
