Stove sometimes goes out when on low. Auger seems to cycles as it should , but pellet don't always fall down the shute . Stove is clean,
Any ideas ?

It could be a couple of things.
The collar on the auger is loose and needs tightening. If you can move the collar tighten it up with an allen wrench
The bushing may need replacing.
If you look underneath the bushing and you see a pile of "sawdust" your bushing needs replacement.

Also, you may want to buy a bag of a different brand of pellets to see if they also fail to feed as required. Sometimes it is as simple as the pellet you are using are sticking in the shute. Length and type make a difference.

The auger works as it should . when on low the auger cycles on and off but pellets don't always drop into the burn pot and then it goes out .
The collar is tight , no bronze dust .

Turn the stove to a higher setting?? Then it will feed more.
