Same year as my stove. This stove is very picky about pellet brand. Do you have access to different brands of pellets in your area?

I find that hardwoods need more air through the pot to get them to their max heat output. On my Englander anyway.

Yeah. It's just dumping more pellets than its burning it just can't keep up with the feed. It's not for the lack of air flow. I may have an issue with my oak. But I don't think. I took it off the back for. Asexond and held my hand up to it and i felt nice ice cold air blowing in from it. So I don't know. But I see smoke in the chamber smell exhaust outside bad. I just don't know. .

I pull my burn pot out every now and then and scrape and vacuum without hurting the gasket. The sides inside can get sooted up bad without really seeing it. I use a small hose hooked to my ash vac to help suck out the passages. Whether it helps any, I dont know? I dont have an OAK hooked up either. I know I need a deeper cleaning, as my vent pipe hasnt been this hot to the touch before and heat out-put isnt as intense as it was last year. I havent pulled combustion fan yet as Ive barely burned over a ton now.

I have outside air hooked up as well

I thought the pdvc was only advertised to heat up to 1500 square feet. You might be asking too much of it. I would definitely try to find some softwood pellets and clean clean clean the stove and exhaust.

Do you have your oak hooked up? Those numbers are good if you have good pellets. You may have to up the air if the pellets aren't burning well. Like I have. Again this stove is all about pellet brand.

Air coming out of stove just dosnt seem as hot as I'm assuming it should be?

Do you have a burn indicator thermometer thing.

Yes oak is hooked up pellets seem to burn fine just lacking good heat??

Did you get the stove used? If you did it may have had a thermostat hooked up in which case the jumper is missing if you are not using one. Need to look at the control panel. Think it is at the bottom. Find a manual and look at that about Tstat.

No jumper hooked up found a small black thing taped to side of control board could this be it?

You might want to include a pic of said small black thing.. it could be lots of things.
And if you are trying to heat the whole house with the pdvc.. while i am sure it is possible with an open floor plan and tight walls with good insulation i think you are expecting way too much.
Easiest way to get more heat is to get the stove sized to heat the space.

But with that said, some pellets do burn much hotter than others. Try other pellets.

As far as I can read he is just asking why the heat feels the same on different heat settings. Said nothing about trying to heat his whole house.
Not having a jumper in the Tstat location would do this.

No jumper will cause it to run at an idle yes. But he said he doesnt think its operating at maximum capacity.. does not say it seems like its on low or barely blowing any heat.. he states the size of the house in which is more area than the stove is rated for...he also did not say the heat or flame does not change while selecting a higher heat range. I am guessing its just not to his expectations. The jumper is so small and someone not knowing what they are looking for will first assume no jumper but then notice it is there later after they are givin a pic to show what to look for.

Found the jumper way down on the bottom! So I don't think it's that no real difference in flame from 1-9 no real heat difference either?
