I'm in need of some help. I bought a St. Croix Auburn about 2 weeks ago and it has been running great. I'm burning Oak pellets. Today I woke up and the stove had shut off and the #5 LED was blinking. I unplugged the stove and then plugged it back in and re-lit. The stove immediately turned off the blower and the #3 LED is constantly on and the #5 light is blinking. I can't find in the owner's manual what this combination of lights indicates. I did just clean the stove 2 days ago and it ran fine up until this morning.

I just tried letting the stove cool and re lighting it. Now the #1 LED is solid, and the #5 is blinking. The stove's blower kicked on after about 5 minutes but the #5 light still flashes, the power light is off, and it is not feeding pellets.

If you unplug and replug the stove and fill the hopper with a handful of pellets, do the pellets light after you hit the start button ? Also, does the auger turn dropping more pellets into the stove? You may have pellets or pellet dust caked up inside the hopper preventing the auger from moving. The 1 light is solid because you reset the control board when you unplugged the stove. I would make sure the hopper has enough pellets and the auger motor is turning on the back of the stove. Also, you can watch the auger motor when you hit the auger feed button.
