My corn stove exhaust runs 3 feet vertices then straight out the exterior wall of the house. My problem is I'm getting to much wind blowing into the end of the pipe and it's making it hard to keep a good flame going. Looking for suggestions on how to fix it so I don't get the wind blowing in?

Do you have one of those end caps that vent downward? That is the exact reason why I vented out of the roof. I get 30 mph winds out of South, West and North West with regularity. My kids rooms are on the East wall of house.

Sometimes extending the pipe away from the house to get away from the wind pressure of the homes side will help. My Bixby was the same way. Put on another 2 feet and most of the issue has vanished. Tip was given by Rona

I put a 45* at the end of the vent for the P43 - just enough angle to keep the wind from driving straight in, but little enough angle to impede air flow. The pipe out is 24" - with about 18" of that outside.
My P61 vent has a jet cap end, extends a total of 12" outside including the pipe, and it also has about 6 ft of angled rise.

Just for you own edification, check out the stoves installation instruction or your town code.
Not trying to break chops, but it may be for your safety.
Also, how far is the vent termination from your door? There needs to be at least 4' between the two.
