Has anyone else tried to contact Hearthstone? Customer service never picks up the phone...I left three voicemails with them and never did get a response. So I called my dealer only to find out that they no longer carry Hearthstone products....somehow I am not surprised. I was thinking of adding another stove upsatars this summer and I know it will not be a Hearthstone. They have treated me awful.
