Me too. I'm hoping they do so before the warranty is up covering the igniter and boards. I have asked with this most recent failure. We'll see what happens.

Is it blowing the 5amp fuse for the ignitor?

Oh, by the way, I looked inside the hopper lid. My manufacture date for stove is Feb. 13, 2014

I'm just referencing the manual online. No idea what mine has for a fuse. Did the I/O board get replaced? I'm trying to figure out how the controller gets spiked being protected by a main fuse. Unless the main is blowing too?

Not sure what the i/o board is. I have replaced the main control board 3 times. It is in a sealed box in the back right side of the stove behind the removable side panel. Has about 8 fuses in it. It is an all or nothing situation. The whole thing comes out-there aren't separate parts to it. They send it, I replace it.

Ya that's the I/O board. I just double checked and my stove was built on 5/12/15 or 12/5/15 for you northerners ;0). I wonder if you lowered your warm on setting to 120 deg F if it would make a difference in how long the ignitor is on? If you have an amp clamp capable of reading low amps, I wonder if it would be of help to know when and how long it starts to draw too much. It really is a killer stove for the price. I changed out a noise room air blower and have had no issues since.

Hi All - Has anybody else received the ignitor retrofit kit for 65 series - p/n SE67195 from SBI???? I received it a few weeks ago after my 6th ignitor failed. Quite easy to install, but have been having problems. Let me know what you have experienced.
Thanks, JB
