My 25 pdvc has been great, but I started having issues with it lighting off. I replaced the igniter but still has issues.
I decided to remove the burn pot and ignitet to have a peek. I made sure the air port to the igniter tube was clean as well as the entire OAK.
I then put the igniter back in and immediately saw the issue. The igniter was touching the igniter tube sidewall possibly due to warping if the tube. This could certainly have the igniter direct heat into the igniter tube rather than where it needs to be.So I tightened the igniter and gently massaged it so it was centered in the tube. I reassembled the stove and PRESTO! Ignition happens quickly and the air coming out of the tube is much hotter. Hopefully this will help some other PDVC owners!

Glad you found the issue Jason ... did you access the tech sheets on the England Stoves website?

No. I wasn't aware of them. But now I am! I can't wait to start digging around!
