Corner stove installation. Three stove boards would cover the area I need if I could split or bend one 32x42 board.
I'm trying to visualize the setup and problem. Normally one doesn't need anything on the wall as long as clearances are honored. How will they be installed - 2 boards on the corner walls and one for the floor? Will you be putting the stove board on the wall? If so, why?

wood stove with the minimum clearance allowed. The Insurance company says the non combustible material needs to go 40 inches high and 12 inches past the corner (Closest point to the wall)

Ah thanks. That is a bogus request if minimum clearances are being honored. Those minimum clearances are to the nearest combustible surface. They are UL tested dimensions.
But if you like your insurance co, then it might be a lot cheaper to put up cement board which comes in 36" x 60" sheets. If this is in a highly visible location the cement board can be tiled or at least brush painted with high temp paint. I would not plan on bending the stove board.
