help! I just woke up at 5:30am and our stove is out. There is an orange light blinking in the back instead of blue, but the red call light is still on. I tried to restart it but it won't feed pellets. Any ideas?

Call light on. No fire.
Unburned pellets in
firepot.
Firepot is dirty.
Igniter chamber blocked.
Igniter not working.
Control box defective.
Firepot floor open.
Clean firepot. Make sure there is not a
clinker in the firepot. Clinkers may have to
be pushed out of firepot with firepot cleanout
tool or other means.
Clear igniter chamber using firepot cleanout
tool.
Remove ash drawer to see if igniter is
glowing red on start-up.
Check igniter wires for good connection.
Use a multimeter to check igniter for continuity.
Replace igniter using instructions in
manual.
Replace control box.
Slow or smoky start-up. Firepot is dirty.
Igniter chamber blocked.
Firepot floor partially open.
Excessive amount of fuel at start-up.
Clean firepot. Make sure there is not a
clinker in the firepot. Clinkers may have to
pushed out of firepot with firepot clean-out
tool or other means. Check if firepot floor is
closed all the way
Reduce feed rate using feed rate adjustment
control rod located inside hopper.
Close firepot floor.
Clear igniter chamber using firepot cleanout
tool.

Sorry you are having issues. A blinking orange light? I'm wondering if you have a bad thermocouple, or something is going on with the control board...

The light that flashes blue when you first plug it in and turns green once the stove is running, that's what was flashing orange. The call light was still red. Anyway, it seems to be working now. I emptied the hopper and cleaned the auger. Pressed the reset button and so far so good. Thinking there was a jam and it quit feeding and therefore shutdown. Hadn't cleaned the hopper in a while.

Great to hear nothing major. We sell a lot of them, nice stove for the money spent..

Well it has done it twice since. According to the book, it's a thermacouple issue. Contacted the dealer and they will get back with us Monday. Luckily it's not supposed to be too cold for the next week.
