My Auger will not spin. I tried moving chain manually and there is alot of resistance and will barely move in either direction. I removed all pellets from the hopper and the slide plate seems to be stuck also. The auger motor sounds like its working. I've tried test mode and room temp as well as stove temp. I check the fines box, it was just about empty, I scraped the burn pot around the auger, no resistance there. I'm Stuck!
