Has anyone actually used these advertised firelogs that claim to clean up creosote build-up? And does anyone know the manufacture name of them.
Manufactured firelogs claiming to "burn out" the creosote bulid up in fireplace pipe.

The Creosote Sweeping Log is the one carried at Lowes. Kath picked two last week and will use one before we leave for Florida. Pricey lil-devils at $15 a pop. UL and CSIA approved.
