Installing a new stove. Currently I have an 8" double wall lower pipe (13'). Total stack is about 28'. If I replace with a 6", what will it do to the draft?

I would imagine that operating the stove with doors open and an 8" flue, it would act much like a regular fireplace. That's an awful lot of air to be pumping out of your house that has to be replaced with cold outside air working its way back in somewhere.
