Good afternoon-Would appreciate info from anyone about a stove acquired recently- Tag on back has Warnock Hersey, model # 345, and on bottom of same tag- Hitzer Inc. Berne In. Is stove Warnock Hersey or Hitzer-I am thinking Hitzer,Warnock Hersey UL Testers?? I am not familiar with how coal burns, have burnt firewood most of my life but am wondering if stove will burn wood just as well as coal-stove says for coal only-but thinking coal burns a lot hotter than wood ? Wondering about the House insurance and all.Have a Hearth-Stone stove now but would like something bigger.
Thanks for your time-Happy Trails-rigginslinger1

W-H is the testing lab that tests to UL standards.
Hitzer is the stove company.

If the stove is designed for coal it will not burn wood well.
