I had this pump on for the first year and it kept leaking near flanges. I took it off today and noticed the impeller was stuck from corrosion. Looking for a new pump, we'll a taco 007 be enough? 100ft run one way. 7adb08737f724bbeaed2d55610b76788.jpgc58326d073cc53ff0c09d8e1d6905b80.jpg

A B+G NRF 25 will be an excellent replacement pump. Do you have isolation flanges for the pump mounting?
If your flanges were leaking its entirely possible the bolts were loose or the O ring was not installed using Vaseline or the equivalent lube.

Those factory installed check valves are a pain to remove (from what I've read) but as long as its stuck open and not closed you should be fine assuming your system didn't need a check valve in which case you will need a replace valve for that pump.

If the flanges were leaking get a new set of seals and put a little grease on them to soften them up and reinstall the pump. Tighten things down and check for leaks. If you see a leak try to snug the bolts up alittle more. Also make sure you put even pressure on both bolts. I mean if you turn one bolt a half turn go to the other bolt and turn a half turn.
