These are some examples of signs of Overfiring, according to Jotul manual. If these are identified on baffle of stove is this considered alright? Outside of stove looks fine. Have run the stove with no issues or Overfire and see these things on inside of stove today.
 
Any pictures? If it showed on the outside , I would be concerned. Whiteish paint on the outside does signify over fire.
 
A whitish powdery coating on the baffle can be ok. It probably just indicates clean burning. When on the outside of the stove, which is painted, it can indicate that the paint has been turned to ash due to overfiring.

Would you guess same for the rust coloring on baffle?
 
Yes. Iron oxides are common on some baffles.
 
Yes, high temps accelerate oxidation. Not a big deal. I've been seeing it for year with our stove. It is a very fine powder coating.
