American Harvest 6041-auger only works in test mode

Help! I have an American Harvest model 6041 that worked great for the first year and one month into last season. The auger currently will only drop pellets during the test mode. I did contact US Stove Co on many occasions and ran every test they recommended. The following parts have been replaced: auger motor, control panel, hopper switch, low limit switch, high limit switch and wiring harness. The auger has been removed and cleaned as well as the exhaust fan and pipes. There are no technicians close to my area and I do not know how much more I can spend on this unit. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Does it have a vacuum switch, and is it being actuated by vacuum? Make sure the hose to it is in good shape, connected properly at both ends, and that the nipple at the stove end is not plugged.

The vacuum switch is listed as the pressure switch in the videos on their youtube channel. I have replaced that switch months ago and it was tested that it is working. I just double checked the hose and wire connections, and was able to push a small brush through the opening into the hose, no clogs. Still will not drop pellets in regular "on" mode.

BTW, is the combustion blower running at the proper speed? Venting totally clear?

The combustion blower has been taken off recently and cleaned, the fan does spin. All the fans and inside of the stove has been brushed and vacuumed. I have tried to jump the wires before, but not sure the proper way to do that. The company had told me to put a paperclip in between the ends of the wires. This did not seem to work.

Jumping the switch means just connecting the two wires together. Unplug the stove first, as some stoves (like mine) have 115 volts on them, enough to ruin your day. Have you tried unplugging the stove for a few minutes? That should reset the control, to eliminate a confused control module.

The stove has been unplugged many times while I have been cleaning various parts. It was unplugged today and I tried to jump the wires with the paper clip and nothing is happening.

OMG, it's working I had replaced that hopper switch before (months ago) and when I just took it apart again the wire was loose. For some reason the wires will not fit snuggly on the switch. Once I removed the switch and put in the paper clip, it started dropping pellets! Thank you for all your helpful ideas, I knew it would be something simple but just had run out of ideas of what to try.

No plenty hot here, just had time to work on it while on vacation. So happy I won't need to be looking for new stove or having to pay a repair man. Thanks!
